Our focus on local food involves the following:
- Capacity to grow: Land and soil management
- Fruits, vegetables, nuts, and meats
- Drying, canning, etc.
Food Sales and Distribution
- Local markets, food co-op, farm-to-table program
- Learning how to do all of the above
- Education and promotion
